Proposal
For this paper I will be discussing the underlying reasons why underdeveloped societies
remain underdeveloped. Many countries throughout the generations of industrialization have
become more developed than others. Some countries are given the opportunity to have more
resources due to good economic resources, while other countries are not given the equal amount
of opportunity due to low financial status.The three ways in which countries remain
impoverished even in the present day compared to additional countries is for the reason of lack
of opportunity through education. If every country shared the same amount of educational
freedom our world would be able to excel as a whole, however the poverty cycle continues
because of this. Countries that lack education become less likely to live longer, live healthier, and
be in happy conditions. Two countries that demonstrate a great example to back up my argument
are Afghanistan and Bangladesh. My interest in this topic is because I feel that poverty is a
worldwide issue that is only solved in parts of the world instead of throughout and education is a
big fault in the delay of the development of these countries. I used these two countries to show
how a poor country and a developing poor country carry large differences because of the
educational support recieved.. Both of these countries display different viewpoints on the three
ways a country could remain underdeveloped which are through lack of resources, lack of
supplies, and lack of knowledge.This topic also shows clear reasons on why the poverty cycle
continues throughout the world. I will use academic and valid resources to show statistical
differences between the two countries based on economic wealth. I will also human
development, and social progress.
