Dawn, this is an outstanding foundation upon which the final content will stand. The introduction is strong and focused, compelling me to want to continue reading. The literature review is a good start and it is noted that a 2020 source is used — but the three paragraphs that following the first one are unsupported and appear to be your opinion. Opinions are fine, but must be supported. Additionally, you offer the following:
The government should intervene to assert proper labor relations.
Be sure to support this position — and be prepared to defend government intervention\involvement in a collective bargaining agreement between the union and an organization. I am not suggesting to discount this information, but to defend and support it.
As to the analysis and synthesis, again add a bit more empirical support. Overall, you are well on the way to a strong case analysis.
Note: I will need the remaining sections completed and need to add at least 4 more pages to the assignment. If more are needed please let me know.
Analysis: Review the selected labor issue and its
place in the development of labor relations policy. How do you believe the
issue should be (have been) resolved. Base your solution on theory and
research.
Synthesis: Identify and suggest strategies to move the
company forward with their labor relations efforts and policies.
Conclusion: Present a summary of information and recommended solutions,
with consideration given to implementation of strategy and implications for
company stakeholders.
