Each student will write a 3-5 page biography of an aviator or aerospace professional whom they admire. This paper will account for 40% of your final grade. The paper will consist of 3-5 pages of substantive text (not including title page, abstract, reference page or charts/graphs/pictures embedded in the text), in accordance with either APA or MLA format (12-point, Times New Roman font, double spaced, 1-inch margins).
At a minimum, your paper will include:
– Historical summary of your subject (no more than 2 pages);
– Discussion of impact on aviation during their time and after (no more than 2 pages); and
– Discussion of their personal importance to you, to include how their example inspires you on your professional and spiritual journey.
Be sure to cite and reference your sources where appropriate. All direct quotations should be in “quotes” and include a full cite of source per APA/MLA format.
Assignment must be turned in via a Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format, entitled ” Student’s Last Name – Name of Subject of Paper – Date” (e.g., Will – Bullard – 25 Apr 22).
