Machine learning technology is area of artificial intelligence and computer science which imitate what and how the humans are doing. Humans are doing manual calculation and creating charts in writing for data purpose. Machine learning world is able to do what the humans can do. According to IBM (2020), “Machine learning is an important component of the growing field of data science it can configure data and create predictions”. As the use of data continues to grow and expand, machine learning applications becomes very vital in every industry. Machine learning has three parts: decision process, error function, and model optimization process. it starts by its algorithm to make predictions based on the given data. Second step evaluate the prediction of the model to identify any errors and lastly it continues to evaluate to meet the threshold of the accuracy has met (IBM, 2020). In healthcare. Machine learning is being used for physicians handwriting to make the data entry quick. It Is also being used for medical diagnosis and analysis of scans. The benefits of machine learning remains to be many but most importantly, it helps the organization to meet the current health care demands. It has the ability to advance the medical treatment process, quicker decision making, and efficient handing of data ( Tech Vidvan, 2022).

Machine learning technology is a combination of artificial intelligence and computer science that focuses on the use of data and algorithms to mimic the way that humans learn, therefore gradually improving its accuracy. These applications are everywhere and are growing as years go by. For example, Tesla has succeeded in making cars that drive themselves and identify the voice of its owner. It even follows command when the program comes to a location for pick-up. In healthcare, artificial intelligence with respect to data is now used by some physicians to diagnose patients. It generates its diagnoses based on the signs and symptoms being exhibited by the patient (IBM Cloud Education, 2021b).
Machine Learning is used to cutting the workload and time. By automating things, we let the algorithm do the hard work for us. Automation is used in factories like Amazon, Tesla, Toyota, etc. The reason is that it is very efficient and fast.
Machine Learning has many factors that make it reliable. One of them is data management. Hence, it can use data and retain it for later use. It can also handle any kind of data.
All over the world, in terms of shopping online, based on your search history, it would provide advertisements that will reflect a similar item searched and shows what else can be bought with that item to complete its use. And when the same person logs on his or her computer to browse next time, it will show similar items (TechVidvan, 2021).

With every healthcare system there is data being generated. This data is housed either in a large dungeon on paper and being manually recalled by a physical resource, or housed in an electronic health record (EHR) and the recall is by a sequence of computer strokes (Miliard, 2016). What happens to that data and how it is used is what an analytics strategy comes in useful. In healthcare, the to use that data to make improvements is what will keep an organization moving forward (Miliard, 2016).
Gaston (n.d.) recalls that a strategic plan does not need to be complicated but needs to work over time (para 1). A strategic plan requires focus on finance, productivity and utilization across both revenue and clinical models. This learner has found that that can be very challenging as many departments can be very silo’d in requests and what they are wanting to achieve. Tying those together to create a strategic vision of where the data needs to go and how it should be reflective of the organization in the long run can be very challenging.
This learner has created a model for our facility that creates a clinical and finance group to help guide the ultimate strategic plan for the facility. There are short term goals, but also very long term goals taking into consideration the resources that are needed to create the plan and carry out the plan. There needs to be a leader that is willing to take on the plan and without someone willing to create a motivation to have that plan, or the enthusiasm for it, the end result will be the same, clinical needs and finance needs and no way to tie them both together.
