Use your selected scenario to answer the following questions:
I. Introduction to the client and the working environment
Include in your discussion:
• A brief summary of the client and the presenting problems to be addressed in
therapy.
• The mental health service delivery modality (inpatient, outpatient, partial
hospitalization, aftercare) and whether the services are being offered through
community mental health (public) or private facilities.
• How is the office is set up; room decor (warm colors, only lamps with no
overhead lighting), furniture arrangement (how is the room set up to ensure
counselor safety), and what efforts have been made in the overall environment

II. How will the counselor address the initial sessions of The
