This final report section should be approximately 2,500 words, give or take.
Use document headers with your name, assignment title (GEA#1 SLE Final Report), Course/Sec (GEB4890 Secxxx). Include page numbers.

Cite all sources at the end of the reports (not counted in overall word count).

Provide a summary overview of your organization.

Who they are, what they do, who they serve, any background information as appropriate (history, size, employees, volunteers, etc.)
What impact do they have. (# people served, communities impacted, etc).
What are their key goals or objectives.
Briefly describe their Business Model.

Where do they “get” their Revenues (government funding, key events, special donors, etc.).  This can speak to the sustainability of their organization.
How do they “spend” it, where does it all go (direct support, administrative, etc.).  Do they spend alot of administration or does most of it go directly to their constituents.
How does this compare to benchmark data or other non-profits.
STRATEGIC VISION AND MISSION ASSESSMENT (30pts)

Provide an assessment of their Strategic Vision and Mission statements based on what you have learned in this class and outside feedback you receive.  Please follow the steps outlined here.

Provide an assessment of the organization’s Strategic Vision and Mission statements based on your analysis of what makes good/bad statements.
Make recommendations for changes to their Strategic Vision and Mission statements and outline your rationale for any changes.
Share both the original versions and your revisions with two other people and document their feedback.  These can be other students in the class, acquaintances you have, or anyone you think would be able to provide an educated opinion.
Based on their feedback, make further changes to the strategic visions and mission statements if you feel appropriate.

Based on your volunteering experience, research, understanding, and analysis of the organization, provide 3-4 action items or recommendations on how they can better meet their objectives and/or expand their impact.
Describe each proposed action item in detail and how it could increase the organizations impact.
ETHICAL DILEMMAS in NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION (10pts)

Based on your service learning experience, what ethical dilemmas do you think could arise in a non-profit organization.  Describe at least two.  You can be specific to your organization, or address a more general non-profit ethical situation.
What skills and leadership qualities do you think are required to be a good ethical leader in this environment.
REFLECTION (10pts)

Reflect on what you have learned and your experience  and provide your thoughts and insights.

What do you think overall of this organization.  Are they well run, are they impactful, did anything surprise you, etc.?
Has the research and work you have done changed or enhanced your view of service organizations and how you might think about contributing in the future?
