Cloud based intranets – Jostle

Hello, I work for an organization that has offices in 10 different countries – internal communications with all of our employees can be extremely difficult and honestly very outdated (communications are sent multiple times a week via email)

I’m working on a proposal which I will be taking upper management through via powerpoint that basically promotes cloud based intranets.

One of the vendors that i feel is perfect for our organization is JOSTLE – but I will need to emphasize that I am not endorsing Jostle but just using this a reference point for intranets. I need your help please forming the speech – it needs to sound smart, thorough and super easy for them to understand as I feel like they’re not really familiar with this field.

here’s what the speech should cover: ( i have the presentation slides ready but i need help with my speech to cover each point perfectly)

Intro: SLIDE 1
– explain exactly what a cloud based intranet means – mention the security of this platform, and the convenience of having this basically built and customized to our needs (no hassle of actually building it and involving our IT team)
– when i was put on this project (to look for ways for better internal communications) i felt that jostle was a perfect example of how we would want our platform to look like – i will need to emphasize the following to management : please consider Jostle as a reference point – we’re not endorsing Jostle as a vendor, we’re just promoting the idea of it. once we get your feedback, this is something we can look into in terms of the intranet providers that are accepted and recommended within the region by our corporate team.

after the intro I will be taking them through the key features of Jostle that got us very excited (each feature below will have it’s own slide with bullet points – i will need to elaborate greatly on each one – please see the links below for more details on the features – . the speech needs to flow perfectly please.
