Write a feasibility study of the proposed project (a 24-hour fully automatic, eco-friendly, zero waste laboratory with mini-research center) to evaluate its viability and present the findings.
The study should include:
1-write an executive summary. The executive summary should provide a clear overview of the study’s main points.
2- provide relevant information about the proposed project. Describe the new project in detail (a general description of the management department for the project, their tasks and the new management ideas). Include technical details and other information, such as test results, that contribute to an understanding of the project. Tell how it is different from other projects.
3- Discuss the potential market for the project (market size in terms of numbers of customers and revenue, target market, the possible growth and all relevant factors affecting its demand). Give the demographic characteristics of the potential customers. Discuss, in detail, existing competition in the marketplace.
4- Give the key financial information about the new project (all relevant calculations that back up the pricing). Discuss the costs of introducing the project to the market as well as the expected revenues. Show the expected profitability of the project.

Al Rajhi Bank Guaranteed Financing Program provides a guarantee of 95% of the amount of funding granted in accordance with the mechanisms of (kafalah) guarantee program, and is designed to ensure that the maximum profit and fees do not exceed 4% annual. The program is implemented in cooperation with both The (Kafalah) Program and the Saudi Central Bank, and includes exemption from any administrative fees or any material guarantee, in addition to allowing the start of payments after six months of granting funding. The bank has set a price-ceiling of guarantees amounting to 2.5 million riyals for micro-enterprises and 5 million riyals for small enterprises.
