valuable team member in your future professional practice.

1. Do you believe the team has performed well and successfully delivered the desired outcomes in a
professional way?
2. How do you rate your own contribution to the team?
3. How did this situation make you feel emotionally and professionally?
4. Thinking about what happened in your team, can you describe the positives such as individual or
team strengths, and high group cohesion that contributed to success, and/or any negatives such as
conflict or individual weaknesses that detracted from your success?
5. Faced with this situation in the future what steps would you take to improve the situation for all
involved?
