To receive a passing grade on these responses, you must:

Dig deeper to reflect/analyze your experiences(I want to see that you are asking critical, meaningful, and thoughtful questions to understand the experience using class concepts)
Clarity of writing (Please proofread!!)
Follow standard essay format (12 pt. font with 1” margins all around, proofread, stapled, and neat). These response papers are not Q &A but should incorporate your answers to the prompt into a coherent essay (e.g., clear organization with an intro, body, and conclusion).
Turn it in on the day listed in the syllabus.
Response Paper #2- Love me! Ch. 11 (50 points) – In your essay makes sure to answer the following questions, offer examples to support your points, and draw on concepts from the chapter to make sense of your past/current romantic relationships.
Thinking about one of your past or current romantic relationships, which theory introduced in the chapter do you think applies best to explain why you were attracted to this individual? Don’t just name the theory but give specific examples to support your answer.
Based on the Knapp model of relationship development (p. 298), identify two stages you remember going through or are currently experiencing in one of your romantic relationships. What is the role of communication during these two stages? Please provide examples to support your answer.
Have you ever gone through some of the concepts discussed in the section “The dark side of romantic relationships” (e.g., betrayal)? If yes, please tell us how you handled such situations. What was the role of communication in either ending or reviving the relationship?
