This assignment gives you the opportunity to develop research skills and learn about a historical leader whose theories are relevant to the 21st century. You will (1) include the leader’s era, (2) the relevance of his/her theories during that era and (3) the relevance of his/her ideas in this current era. You will use (4) critical thinking skills to connect the theory to the two eras. You will also (5) need to analyze and reflect on society’s current situations and your own personal values and ethics in drawing assumptions of the usefulness of your selected historical leader’s theory.
