“Healthy Options Lemonade Stand.” The name plays a significant role in creating awareness of available
products. It plays a huge part in brand awareness, perception, and growth. A business name is the first
thing clientele come across, and first impressions are known to have a powerful impact. Hence, this
means that it has to deliver its vital message and attract the target market. Also, a name gives a
summary of what the company offers or is about; therefore, attention to values or attributes of a
company is significant in settling for an ideal name. Choosing a name for a company is selling the
identity of the entire business. Branding options are footwork of awareness, and thus, therefore settling
on a name stamp is significant because it presents the uniqueness of a company fueling its performance
and opportunities in the industry.

Mission Statement

A mission statement is a guideline with principles on the way to run a business. My mission statement
would be: “At healthy Options, we provide lemonade drinks at a reasonable price while creating
awareness on health and wellness.” The statement offers direction to employees, aids in decision
making, and in general helps align the business strategy with its overall goal. For example, Healthy
Options is not just about providing lemonade drinks but also educating our customers on health and
wellness. Additionally, a good mission helps source the ideal talent, identifying individuals who share
similar principles, which means achieving a company’s objectives. A mission statement is more than
perfectly crafted words; it is a company presentation. Simply put, the statement can be complex or
simple, but the ultimate goal is that it expresses and guides an idea of a business.

Corporate Social Responsibility

Participating in Corporate Social Responsibility implies that a business has self-regulating model
that allows it to operate in a socially conscious manner. My corporate social initiative would be to
positively impact a community socially, economically, and be environmentally cautious. My plan on
engaging in Corporate Social Responsibility would first involve vision development. Social responsibility
begins with awareness on core beliefs of the company and matching it up to the company’s culture, thus
connecting the customers (Falck and Heblich, 2007). The second part of the plan is in following with
actions, taking time to evaluate the programs available match the Healthy Options process and its
product. Such processes involve presenting a concrete platform between the mission statement and the
deliverables. Another effective strategy I would apply in implementing a corporate social initiative is
creating awareness during launching along with measures that monitor the effectiveness of the
program. The strategy is necessary as it ensures accountability a strategy that is beneficial for both my
company and the community.
