1. Chapter 11 – Consider the job stages in your textbook of Chapter 11. What stage are you in currently? This paragragh should also have a purpose statement, telling the reader what the paper will be about. Students will provide a quick overview of the two topics that will be covered and include a reference to the textbook In the second paragraph, you will discuss your choice of one of the four topics from Chapter 11 or 12. Include an EBP reference that is relevant to this topic of motivation, and you must incorporate it into paragraph 3. In the third paragraph, you will discuss your personal experience with one of the choices Also include an EBP reference that is relevant to the topic Conclusion – In the 4th paragraph you will give a summary of what you have discussed in the paper with key important points to remember from the topics you have discussed in Chapters 11 & 12.
