PROJECT PRESENTATION

Instructions

In this assignment, create a PowerPoint presentation containing 12–15 slides in which you demonstrate your understanding of your selected problem and your recommendations to address the issue based on what you have learned throughout this course. Develop your presentation based on your work from the previous assignments in this course.

Use the speaker’s notes section within the PowerPoint slides to provide all the information that is relevant to each slide and that you will present verbally. Each slide must have no more than 4–6 bullets, and each bullet must have no more than 6–8 words. You may use graphics liberally throughout the presentation, but ensure they are appropriate for the content provided. For more information on creating an effective PowerPoint presentation, review the guides in the Tools and Resources area.

In your assignment, address the following critical elements that align with the grading criteria:

Identify the problem and organization selected.
Discuss the impacts of diversity, ethics, and cultural competency on the decision-making process related to the selected problem.
Evaluate the concepts of collaborative and communication techniques that have affected the development of relationships, partnerships, and alliances.
Discuss literature related to the impact of diversity, ethics, and cultural competency on the decision-making process related to the selected problem.
Explain solutions to the problem and the impact of each solution on the public service organization and organizational policies and practices.
Discuss the overall plan for continued success and collaboration within the organization.

Slide formatting: Each slide should follow the 7-by-7 rule for designing visual presentations: no more than 7 lines on a slide, no more than 7 words per line. Use bullet points of short phrases on the slides, and discuss your content in the recorded narrative.
Technology: Refer to the audio and video information in the Tools and Resources area for details of how to use Kaltura to record your presentation.
APA formatting: Resources and citations are formatted according to current APA style and formatting. Include any graphics, tables, or statistical charts in appendices (optional).
Number of resources: Minimum of eight peer-reviewed sources.
Presentation length: 12–15 slides.
