Please help me by following the guideline exactly. The source is only one book that I mentioned in the doc. The professor is so sensitive on grammatical.

You serve on a church staff as the Counseling Minister. The youth of the church were returning in a
church van from a fall retreat when a young man who was intoxicated but driving a truck crossed the
median and hit the van head on. Two people were killed, the adult volunteer who was driving the van
and a youth who was sitting in the front passenger seat. Three of the youth were badly injured and
hospitalized but are expected to eventually make a full recovery. The remaining seven students were
taken to the hospital but were released from the hospital later in the evening with just bruises, cuts and
scrapes. A second van of church youth were behind the first van and saw the accident. They were the
first to render aid to the victims.
As the counseling minister you have been asked to develop a plan to address the trauma that the church
has experienced. Identify the different people or groups to which the church will minister. How will you
help these individuals and groups? You have 5 pages to outline your plan. Be as thorough as possible,
demonstrating the knowledge that you have gained from The Complete Guide to Crisis & Trauma
Counseling by Dr. Norman Wright.
