The sampling approach will constitute two types that are stratified and random sampling. Random sampling will be used for the probability approach and ensure that every invited participant has an equal chance to participate in the study (Creswell, 2012). The targeted population, therefore, will be selected without bias. To eliminate or de-escalate the imminence and effects of sampling errors on the population, stratified sampling will be implemented post-randomization to confine the sampling errors. In stratified sampling, members of the shared attribute are categorized into small groups (Corlay & Pagès, 2015). The sample’s selection will constitute an almost equal number of participants across gender, age, institutions, programs, and the time taken to complete the early childhood course, (i.e., either four courses in a community college or four-year in a public or private institution).

Limiting my review to chapter 3 as the methodologist. This looks great. All my comments from my initial review have been addressed. I have one additional comment on page 56 for Carl to address. If addressed, I am good with him proceeding to proposal defense. The below is the comment.
Please include more detail here so the reader can understand how the random sampling and the stratified random sampling will actually be done? This is needed for understanding and repeatability.
