Discuss the performance management system of the chosen organization and evaluate its role and significance in enhancing the overall performance of the chosen organization. (8 marks)

Discuss and evaluate the planning for the development of leadership skills in your chosen organization, and report on the usefulness of methods used to plan the development of leadership skills. (10 marks)
