| PDM problem solving You are the Responsible pharmacist in a small community pharmacy. Your superintendent has purchased a men’s health clinic PGD tool from an online provider, focusing on erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, and hair loss. The superintendent recruits Dave, a PGD trained and qualified pharmacist to provide services 3 days a week. The PGD specifies supply of Cialis and Priligy to men aged 30-60 and requires a 30-minute consultation, including medical history, symptom, blood pressure and cholesterol level checks. Dave keeps 25% of all PGD profits as a bonus with 75% of the profits going to the superintendent. Dave aggressively promotes the PGD within the pharmacy to waiting patients which leads to delays and complaints as patients are embarrassed. You are aware that this PGD is popular and that Dave is supplying approximately 60 boxes of both Cialis 20mg tablets and Priligy 30mg tablets each week. You are concerned that repeat supplies are being made despite not being allowed on the PGD and that the majority of clinic customers are much younger than the lower age limit for supply by PGD through this clinic tool. |

- Present your information as a two pages A4 poster computer generated (typed) in Arial font size Arial 10 and Do not play with the template, there is not word limits, but the limit for the wordcounts is to fill in the 6 boxes. I have ordered 1375 words excluding references but I priorities the wordcounts according to the percentage % mark, g., the last section on its own is weighting 40% which you need to spend most wordcounts in it.
- Write in first person g., “I will take an action”, all sections should be in first person
- On page 1 template; fill in the first 4 boxes these are (Legal issues, relevant professional standard, Person groups affected, other factors to be considered (Page 1 weight 30%).
- On Page 2 fill in the last 2 boxes these are (decision and action, justification) (Page 2 weight 60%).
- On Page 3 references written in Vancouver referencing style; Font is Arial and size of referencing 8 minimums, Number of references 20 and above weight 5%
