Task 4: Using the key elements of the Procurement systems and procedures that apply in your organization or a logistics/transport organization with which you are familiar, confirm which activities and sub-processes are electronic, or which could benefit by conversion to electronic process.
Task 5: Select a product or service category and explain:
a. how users set out their requirements specification for this category;
b. how Procurement uses the specification to source the requirement.
Task 6: Describe the methodology/system used for Supplier Appraisal in your organization, or a logistics/transport organization with which you are familiar. List the pros and cons of this system, and provide your recommendations for areas of improvement.
