Hilton hotel is considered a 5-star hotel with two behaviours that create the foundation for their management and leadership style, including initiating structure and consideration structure. The business is also driven from the front line by allowing the front line team to make decisions and have their own operation’s input with the leadership and management team’s guidance. It is believed by Hilton hotel that it is crucial to building the environment based on strong values that determine their trust culture, respect, awareness, recognition, respect, individualism, security, as well as belonging (Puni et al 2020).

On the other hand, the hotel uses Standard Operating procedures (SOP) to determine how the policy of the hotel on sustainability is to be implemented as well as communicates who will perform the task, and when it will be performed, along with how it will be executed. However, Hilton Hotels accomplished £100,000 savings as well as enhance the waste recycling from 72% to 89%. Based on this scenario, after securing the hotel managerial position and during the probation period, several tasks will be assigned from the line manager, who wants to have a clear understanding of the manager’s knowledge of classical leadership as well as managerial theories.
