Use the internet and library resources to find information on an international company in the same industry as your selected Qatari company that have adopted IoT technology and detail its IT infrastructure
Use the knowledge you gained from the article and your researched company to define an IT infrastructure for your selected company and develop an IT strategy for integrating IoT. Your Strategy should answer the following questions:
Which IoT capabilities and features should the company pursue?
What data must the company capture, secure, and analyze to maximize the value of its offering?
Should the company change its business model?
Should the company enter new businesses by monetizing its product data through selling it to outside parties?
Should the company expand its scope?
Compare the selected company with one of its competitors (local or international) and benchmark in relation to assets, services, branches, and others. A comparison should include performance (profitability and sales) against major competitors and industry.
