Part 1:
Our case study this semester will focus on Canadian Solar Inc. (CSIQ). During the first week we’ll familiarize ourselves with CSIQ’s global organization. The assessments this week will link into our capstone analysis of CSIQ IHRM and strategic workforce plan.

–In which of the 4 stages of multinational evolution do you see CSIQ and why?
–What type of strategic business approach is CSIQ employing and why?
