Few individuals can disagree that nursing profession is one of the most underrated career at the moment. Personally, being in the nursing profession for a couple of years has not been an essay job. It’s one of the fields that are highly demanding and sometimes unforgiving to the individuals pursuing the profession. It can be as well challenging when dealing with the frazzled and spending most of the time with ailing patients. As a nurse, have been able to make sophisticated judgments and administer appropriate healthcare to the patients in the absence of the doctors. However, the education has played a crucial role in ensuring am equipped with the competent qualities. These overwhelm various innate attributes that have made me stand out in the nursing profession.

One of these attributes is the high standard of the nursing profession. The nursing profession has trained me to be professional when approaching towards my roles. That is attending and meeting the demands of the clients like medicine prescription and maintaining the records of the patients. Therefore, am keen in meeting all the patient’s necessities ethically and skillfully. Am as well bound in dealing with the patients from different genders, communities, races and the socioeconomic setups. Maintaining a close relationship, it’s vital to avoid generalizations and the assumptions with regards to patients’ appearances. But, focusing on their injuries, the illness or whatever that is ailing them.

Many times, have to encounter with challenging clients. In any way, I do not allow such experiences to overwhelm me but have learned to view such patients as persons that deserve to be treated with dignity and respect.
