You have been assigned as the team leader for a team that has been tasked with planning the annual company party. When you received this assignment, your boss provided you with the following requirements:

Budget of $5,000
Catered dinner for employees and spouses which needs to accommodate 200 people.
The budget of $1,000 for prizes to be raffled during the dinner.
Live music during dinner which will be a part of the $5,000 budget.
20 minutes allocated during dinner for the General Manager to give out the yearly Excellence in Service awards.
Your team consists of the following people:

Marketing Manager has experience with marketing and advertising but also has established relationships with many local businesses.
Chief Financial Officer: responsible for all expenditures and financial tracking within the company.
Human Resource Manager: has been a part of planning these types of parties in the past and is responsible for employee recognition within the firm.
Front-line Manager: works with the employees daily and is well known for understanding the wants and needs of her employees.
Team Leader-You have been assigned as the team leader due to your excellent leadership skills and strengths in organization and delegation.
For this task, you will utilize the information above to complete the following:

Create a list of tasks that need to be accomplished to complete this assignment and categorize this list into areas of responsibilities.
Assign members of the team to each area and provide a brief 1-2 paragraph explanation about why this person was chosen to be responsible for this area.
Create an agenda for your first team meeting where you will present this task list. As you build your agenda, keep in mind that you may have missed tasks that need to be added to this list or possibly removed from this list based on feedback from your team.
