This is a research paper, please use porters five forces to answer the following research question:
Is Nintendo still competitive in the United States gaming market?
Is the current differentiation strategy by Nintendo sufficient to stay competitive in the united states?
You can choose one of the research questions.
You need to also explain what other models apart from Porter’s five forces are out there, why you chose this one specifically, and what’s possible criticism/limitations the model has.
Please have a look at the example papers I uploaded, the Lanzer paper also uses Porter’s five forces as the methodology. Additionally, I uploaded the guidelines for academic papers in case of questions please refer to that guideline.
Direct quotations should be used in moderation (not more than 10%) and in a targeted fashion.
