Review the article “Two Models of the Criminal Process” by Herbert L. Packer. Address the following in your assignment:
Provide an in-depth explanation of both models.
Next, apply the appropriate constitutional amendments to each model.
Lastly, choose one of the models and argue whether or not modern day society subscribes to the crime control model or thedue process model.
You must only choose one model since both of these paradigms are in opposition to one another.
